What a wonderful, professional and caring treatment center. The entire staff is top-notch. They are patient and kind as well as knowing exactly how to reach even the difficult patients. They don't give up on your loved ones. If you are on the fence, don't wait a minute longer, they are all about the total healing.

This place works miracles, and I can honestly say that it has saved my life. Lifeline Treatment Center is an amazing program run by highly passionate professionals. If you are prepared to learn how to manage the disease of addiction and truly grow as a person this is the place to be. The program is well organized and provides any client with enough structure to learn and recover, but it allows for enough personal freedom to find your own path and live relatively independently among individuals suffering from similar issues. It is a client based organization that has the interest of all patients at heart, the setting is not at all "clinical" and you will never feel like "just a number". I would recommend this treatment center to anyone ready to truly turn their life around and survive addiction.

The correct balance of therapy and life skills to help anyone that struggles with the disease of addiction to get back to a healthy mental state as well as not loosing touch with the reality of real world issues. I loved the fact that I was not a number, I had a name, a purpose and now apart of a new family. Thanks lifeline for helping me get my life back!

Life Line Treatment is by far the best treatment facility i have been to. The staff is very professional and they provide the individual time needed for a successful recovery. The treatment is very specialized to each individual.

I can honestly say that Lifeline Treatment Center saved my life. I arrived at Lifeline Treatment Center and was more than pleased with how welcoming their staff and clients were to me. Lifeline has a small client based program which helped to facilitate a very healthy environment to make a strong recovery simply because the individual attention provided to us was very in depth as far as personal care/needs and individual therapy sessions. The owners as well as the clients and staff all support each other in the manner of a close nit family which also made it a very comfortable environment to be a part of day to day. During the week we would have very structured groups and therapy sessions four to five hours a day. These groups and therapy sessions were a very crucial tool in aiding me to a healthy place emotionally mentally and physically. My Primary Therapist Tammy was beyond welcoming and was a very significant driving force in helping me to sort out some of my life long issues, I can honestly say that she helped me to SAVE MY LIFE. I am now graduated from my treatment program at Lifeline Treatment Center and I know that I could not have progressed as sober individual as much as I did with out the help of my therapist. She is a sincerely loving and caring person who truly enjoys to help people recover in treatment and she will remain my therapist for as long as I need. I truly feel that if every treatment facility had a primary Therapist as experienced and caring as Tammy than every individual needing treatment attention would have a healthy recovery. The staff at Lifeline Treatment Center made it a very comfortable and enjoyable experience as well. On our weekends we had proper supervision to gain a sense of freedom and do our weekend activities. We went to places like the movies, museum, zoo, water parks, and even the beach at times for a quick swim. Although these activities were not a part of our therapy they were a crucial part of my recovery for it made my stay at Lifeline beyond enjoyable. I would recommend Lifeline Treatment Center for any struggling individual, I truly built a bond with the staff and clients during my recovery and have been truly blessed to have my recovery start here at Lifeline. The clients, Staff, Therapists will forever be a part of my life and my recovery.

I recently spent almost a month at Lifeline Treatment Center in Wilmington North Carolina, and my experience there was predominantly positive. The employees there are generally quite helpful and kind, and the small group size made the experience quite pleasant, with everyone coming together like family to help one another when needed. I learned quite a bit while at Lifeline and I'm grateful for the lessons learned, but there were also some disconcerting aspects to some of the counsellors and staff there. I quickly learned that the people at Lifeline have a tendency to tell you whatever it is you want to hear, whether it is the truth or not, just for the sake of convincing you to come to their treatment center. Lifeline and its employees undoubtedly exhibited a degree of dishonesty in a few different ways. They have a tendency to railroad certain individuals out of the program for extremely minor perceived wrongdoings, even if that person isn't fully ready to leave, because they know that an open bed means another $10,000 some odd dollars going right into their coffers. I myself was abruptly thrown into a van and dropped off at Wilmington airport with no preparations made whatsoever to fly home, and they didn't even give me records of having been at Lifeline Treatment Center. When my mother called them about all this she was told pure fabrications that I myself elected to leave and that I received my records upon my departure, amongst other lies they told. I was very surprised that the same people who I grew to love and was so thankful for them investing themselves in my recovery, turned out to be dishonest snakes in the grass. I went to Lifeline to better myself, and to mentally fortify myself in order to avoid the substances and mistakes that had derailed my life, and in this way they did their job quite well, but my departure from their was less than amicable, and there was a glaring lack of honesty and professionalism shown by some of the key staff members. I am no less grateful for the experience because of the negative ending, and I DO reccomend this place to people wanting to change their lives as I have, I simply wish that these professionals had shown a more respectable degree of professionalism.

Michelle worked with us to get our son down there. We are located in northern maine any time we needed anything or needed to talk to our son they would get back to us within minutes. Tammy the therapist was awesome she would call us with updates and let us know the progress. They work hard during the week and were rewarded on the weekend. Very good approach. I feel that they gave my son back his life. Thanks Michelle and crew you guys were Awesome!!

My experience with Lifeline Treatment Center was very positive. Tammy and Brittany (therapists/counselors) are extremely gifted and helped me determine the causes/reasons for my addiction. They gave me positive feedback on my particular situation and provided skills for moving on in life without having to use alcohol. Michelle and Alex (managers/owners) were committed to helping me get the treatment I needed. They made me feel wanted and welcomed at Lifeline which was very important to me coming from CT to NC. Andrew (day-to-day lead) helped me through the application process and provided reassurance that my personal information will be protected. They all made me feel comfortable and made sure I got the things I needed to get through this difficult time. Overall, I felt I got the individual attention I needed while being in a group setting. I think it is extremely important to get both individual and group therapy while in treatment. The only reason I did not give Lifeline 5 stars is because they are still working out some of the kinks in their process since they just opened the Wilmington center in August. However, during the time I was there (Oct - Dec), they made every effort to improve their processes based upon client input/feedback. They actually listen! Yes, I would recommend Lifeline Treatment Center.

We recently sought drug addiction treatment for our son at Lifeline Treatment Center in Wilmington, NC. Since we do not live near North Carolina our decision to seek treatment at Lifeline was based on a recommendation from Intervention Services Inc. who assisted us with seeking out treatment. The people that we have dealt with at Lifeline have all been helpful, caring people. There was an issue with the quoted amount required for the treatment, and we were able to reach an agreement that accommodated both our needs. On the day that our son was taking in, the staff that I met personally at Lifeline greeted us warmly and our son was welcomed in a way that enabled him to feel comfortable there very quickly. The small group size of the center (about 10 people) enabled our son to get treatment geared toward his needs and enabled his participation (rather than just “attending”) in group sessions. There was a change in the lead therapist who was treating our son after about one week and I believe that this change and why it happened might have been communicated better to us as parents. That being said, we were very pleased with the therapist that was assigned. She was a very caring person who offered sound advice and counsel to our son during his time at Lifeline. She was instrumental in enabling our son to create his own plan for staying clean after rehab, which included acceptance into a sober living home and acceptance for a job. Our son has completed the rehabilitation program at Lifeline and entered into sober living housing and began work. He stayed in touch with his therapist and she continued to be very supportive of his efforts to maintain sobriety. The caring, concern and counsel from Lifeline did not end, the day that our son walked out their door. I am very grateful to all of the staff at Lifeline for giving our son a good chance at recovery.

Our son was extremely fortunate to have had inpatient treatment at Lifeline Treatment Center. Michelle was very kind and considerate and helped him more than words can say. Lifeline was able to help place him in a great halfway house after his inpatient treatment. We are certain that our son has had the best possible opportunity for a full recovery thanks to Lifeline Treatment Center
