Wonderful facility. I toured just the other day and everyone was so pleasant. It had a great smell as well. The cna's took time out to say hello as I took my tour with the admission lady. Such a great facility.

My mother in law was recently in Cypress Point Rehab. The care there was extraordinary! Therapy department was thorough and very patient. The nursing staff treated her as if she were their own mother. She was treated with respect and dignity. She wasn’t quick to use her call bell, but the staff was very good at anticipating her needs.

We recently used this facility for a short term stay for a loved one . This was our first experience. My family and I were unsure what to expect but the staff made sure to help us understand what was going to happen and when. The therapy team took time to explain the care that my mother in law was going to get and they took the time to teach my family. The staff is very dedicated to their work. Many of the longer residents living there had great relationships with staff that really appeared to make it a home. Though it is our fist experience we see no need to look any further than what we got. I hope that we do not have a need in the near future but our choice remains clear regardless of when that need arises.

Cypress Pointe Rehabilitation Center is a wonderful facility full of great folks. You can feel the team spirit when you walk through the facility and speak with the staff. The residents look happy and well-cared for. It is conveniently located near New Hanover Hospital (0.3 miles) which gives great peace of mind as one is only moments away from acute care should the need arise. They have a fantastic physical, occupational and speech therapy department that has great outcomes. Cypress Pointe has an internationally known medical director whose specialty is geriatric medicine. The facility is proud to host the UNC Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant Residency program here in Wilmington which means that for at least 5 days a week there is an average of 4 to 5 M.D.s, P.A.s or N.Ps. onsite to oversee the medical needs of its residents/patients. If someone needs short-term or long-term care in the Wilmington area, Cypress Pointe is the provider of choice. The facility also enjoys the distinct honor of having zero deficiencies on its last two annual surveys for CMS certification as well as licensure for the State of North Carolina.

This facility is by far offers the best care in the city of Wilmington. They will go to any length necessary to ensure your satisfaction. The therapy team at Cypress Pointe is second to none. They come highly recommended.

Cypress Pointe provided the best of therapy during my stay. Their staff was always very responsive and willing to help in any way. The therapy team provided the right items to get me back on my feet and into my apartment again. I have referred this facility to other families and friends in the community. This nursing home is the best kept gem in all of Wilmington. Knowing that you are in a place where people have genuine concern for you makes all the difference in the world! Cypress Pointe, I will be back if I need care again.
